We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using a card terminal or QR code. All payments are processed in Mexican Pesos, and a 5% finance fee applies.

STRIPE PAYMENT LINK (USD):

If you prefer, we can send you a secure payment link via Stripe, in USD, before your trip. You can use any major credit or debit card. This is a great option if you want to save time at the dock or avoid dealing with bank security protocols when using your card in Mexico. No additional fees apply.

DOWN PAYMENT

Charter Fishing Cancun is a professional fishing company and we would like that our clients have peace of mind when they book with us. To reserve a trip, we ask for a DOWN PAYMENT using our official website (www.charterfishingcancun.com ) and our platform for reservations named Peekpro. All major cards are taken. Once you make your down payment, you will receive a confirmation that you can print, which specifies everything we will provide you and the date and time you choose for your fishing adventure.

CANCELLATION POLICY

100 % refund if the weather is an issue and the Harbour Master decides to close the port to fishing.

100% refund if there is a mechanical problem and we must cancel the trip.

if cancels 48 hours prior to the activity day, no refund applies.

CONFIRMATION

The final step is your confirmation. Once you provided us all the necessary information, we will send you a printable confirmation, which specifies everything, like boat, date, hours and time you chose for your fishing adventure, numbers of passengers, pick up place and hour, as well the total cost.
